The pool at the property is nice.

Our room was way too small, making it hard to move around comfortably. Despite upgrading, we found it difficult to navigate the tight space. Service was slow at the restaurant, and waiting almost an hour for our meal was frustrating, especially since lunch didn't start until 1pm.

The hotel is just a few steps away from the beautiful Iberian Wolf Recovery Centre and other delightful walking areas, making it a perfect spot for those who love to stroll and explore. we were warmly welcomed, enjoyed a lovely breakfast, and appreciated the exquisite blend of rustic and modern architecture during our stay.

Check-in delays spoil the excitement!!! The unprofessional behavior I witnessed from some staff detracted from the experience. the restaurant’s limited vegetarian options warrant a rethink!!! Did I really just get cold food? I’d suggest more training for the service staff!!!

The rooms were beautifully maintained, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a wonderful night's sleep. I particularly enjoyed the thoughtfully curated outdoor spaces that offered a serene atmosphere for relaxation. The spa services were a delight. I had an amazing massage that left me feeling rejuvenated. It felt just like being in a peaceful village, surrounded by friendly hosts who genuinely cared about our experience.

My room in the Village Classic Double or Twin Room was cozy. The bed felt luxurious, ensuring a restful sleep. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a wide range of fresh options that changed daily. I had an amazing massage at the spa that helped me completely relax. the dining experience had some hiccups. The vegetarian options were limited. just a salad for dinner isn't enough. both nights saw loud events next to the restaurant, which impacted the dining atmosphere. Service at the restaurant was slow, especially during busy times, and my food arrived cold on one occasion.

The local dining flair was a charming surprise, with an innovative wine labeling idea that's a clever twist. The lush gardens made for delightful post-meal strolls. Don't forget the serene pool area. it's your perfect chill zone under the sun, if you're brave enough to brave icy waters!
